Follow @n0mad_0I am an Information Retrieval/Data Mining researcher working for Yandex and doing my PhD at the University of Glasgow. My latest research interests include web search evaluation, user behaviour models, and query log mining. Some of my publications can be found on my Google Scholar page.
I am proud to be a part of the team running the series of Yandex' Internet Mathematics Challenges. So far, I participated in organising Web Search Personalisation (2013), Switching Prediction (2012), and Relevance Prediction (2011) Challenges. For each Challenge we release a new (anonymised) dataset. The published datasets encourage reproducibility in Information Retrieval and provide non-industrial researches with the data required to explore new areas of research.
